Wow - my kids 4X4 S/C stickered for about that with a 4.0/5 spd XLT. Regional pricing sux sometimes, we get a break on 4X4 supercabs on the West Coast. What are the rebates on that truck? Invoice should be around $21,000 less incentives. I'd also check some threads on the Ranger board about the 3.0 vs. the 4.0 V6.
