Just saying Hi

I've got a few things I'll be needing advise on.I have a 79 Bronco I'm going to turn into an off road rig.It has from the factory tilt stearing, air, cruise controll. It's powered by 351m and has the everso famous C-6 trainy. It runs good ,but everything else needs work.I've also got a 67 ford fairlane 500 too. I use a 92 Bronco with 33x12.50's for my daily driver, and an 86 3/4 ton for a work truck.I do know how to turn a wrench ,however I don't know everything so I could really use some advice and help figuring out issues and problems I'm having with my vehicles,or will have in the future. Thanks

Welcome aboard and bring on the questions. I'm new to the Bronco forum as I just bought a 94 yesterday but I have been hanging around on the 61-66 forum for a while. One thing I've learned about the FTE site is that there are alot of people here that are very knowledgeable about pretty much everything.

78/79 Bronco is the best place to start for an offroader! I'd start with a moderate lift, gears, rear locker, & tires. You can run over anything.

Welcome to the site.
I think the 78 79 Broncos are a great base for a off road rig.
What are your plans for your 79 Bronco?

To all who are new to the forum, my apologies for not saying so sooner, Welcome! The folks around here are some of the most knowledgable I have ever met.

The 79 is fabulous starting point for a trail rig. Best of luck with it.

The 94 is more my area of expertise particularly in the area of the electronics and internal functions.

Feel free to ask any and all the questions you might have. Might want to read through the Red Link in my signature if you haven't already and certainly don't hesitate to use the search function. There are a lot of things that get covered on a regular basis.
