vin plate/ id card?

vin plate/ id card?
the plastic sticker on the drivers door panel is not there anymore, but i did happen to find a plate under the hood, can you guys decipher it? ill write it as it is on the plate

That one makes no sense other than the F25 which is F250... try the vin number under the windshield.
Position 1,2, and 3- Manufacturer, Make and Type
Position 4 - Brakes/GVWR Class
Position 5,6, and 7- Model or Series f25 = F 250
Position 8 - Engine Type
C or K - IDI
F - DI
I or M - DSL
Position 9 - Check digit
Position 10- Model Year 1994 - R
Position 11- Assembly Plant
Position 12- Constant "A" until 99,999 is reached when "B"
Position 13 through 17 Sequence number begining at 0001
IDI - Indirect injection (turbo diesel)
DI - Direct injection (turbo diesel)
DSL - Diesel
