Smile Rocker arms

Hey! I just put the rocker arms back on my 351m. I torqued them to specs, but i am a little worried about them coming loose. Is that somthing to be concerned about? Also if one did, would it damage the engine?
Thanks for help!

It makes lots of noise but if everything is clean and torqued properly they will not come loose.

As long as you spec'd out the valve clearance nothing should come loose. Also I know a lot of guys who use loctite on the rocker bolts. Me personally I swaped out the non-adjustable rocker arm set up for a CraneCam adjustable setup. I also changed cam sizes tho.

If one would happen to come off would it damage more than the rocker arm and the push rod? Thanks!

I would say push rod IMO - The rocker would simply fall aside. unless that is the rocker bolt itself got wedged into other rockers.. then I would say the other rockers.
