website?book?

This there a website or book i can buy that will have all the stock specs of a 1987 460, like bore size, stroke, exhaust ports size, ect.

What is the stock bore size? I used a caplier and my bore size was about 4.39 inches.

Stoke bore is 4.360, stoke stroke is 3.85 (460, 429 and 370 are both 3.59) stock deck hieght is 10.322 on an 87 actually anything later than about 73.

so correct me if im worng but it sounds like my block has been bored .030 over? Aslo how do you measue the the deck height, drop one end of the capiler to the bottom and the how far up?

Little harder than that for measuring the deck hieght I just put that in for general info for you is all. Yes it sounds like that block is bored .030.
