Leveling kit and shocks
Hello, I have a '99 Superduty f-250 4X4 with 200K miles and want to update the suspension.
The shocks look stock, so they are suspect and probably need replacement. What else should I look over?
Also, I am considering a leveling kit. Will it look absurb with stock tires?

Check the shocks and the bushings on the leafs. The leveling kit will look good with stock tires and the kit will allow for 33's (maybe a skinny 35) to fit underneath. It is all depending on what you want. If you might think that the leveling kit will not be enough lift then you should consider a 4 or 6 inch lift. Again it all depends on what you want. Check some of the gallery's and make your decision. IMO go with the 4 or 6 inch lift you will not be disappointed.
