well,i just got my 04 f250 back from the dealer for the 3rd time for od light flashing & engine light on,also vibration"still there"..they said they changed a turbine sensor? & its on the output shaft of the tranny...i hope this does the trick,i bought the truck a month ago & has been at the dealer 2 weeks..i like the truck & wouldnt mind doing a couple mods, but still under warranty & if it dont get fixed soon i might have to get my$$$ back & go shopping for another.

Good luck with this latest repair attempt... hope it does the trick.

Once everything gets straightened out, you'll love the truck.

that is the foward senser on the top of trans cases that senses input speed from the convertor input shaft /foward drum and they are known for problems on the 4r100 unit. but the 3 rd time i doubt it . maybe they over looked a bad wire the last few times

ok,thanks for the info,,this was the 1st time they actually found a problem,i should also mention the 1st time was at a different dealer that erased the code.so hopefully it was properly diagnosed this time around as both dealers said they would mail me a copy of their work invoice??
