His use of a 30-round magazine brought immediate calls for gun control. In response, the federal government introduced a national firearms registry.

hmmm....good see this panned out well.

All the registry did was make Farmers & Ranchers pay a fee to the gov't which has cost 2 Billion $$$ to taxpayers.

Criminals don't register their firearms.

Registeries don't prevent people from being killed either.

Well, the solution is obvious. More gun control is needed. Then no one will ever be shot.

the police did an amazing job. they were there right away, and followed this loser into the building and shot him before he could hurt any more people.

one girl died in hospital. the corpse under the tarp is the killer. he didn't get very far at all before the cops ended it. they shot him and dragged him back outside where he died.

I believe in gun control. I took my concealed course shooting 99%. I think my control is pretty good.

In my accounting class, that means he would be sold for cash. If someone didn't tell me he was dead, I think he'd be someone's slave. That'd be alright too. Maniac...

Canadians wouldn't do anything like this if it weren't for the influence of those americans that think everyone should have the right to own a gun. Let's put the blame where it belongs! Red Ryder and Daisy have ruined Canada!

Agreed. Though out of 19 people, if six students had handguns on them, I doubt he would have shot as many people before someone shot him in the head. These wacked out criminals go for soft targets, where people do not have guns and are grouped together. Just a matter of time before terrorist groups follow up in Canada and the USA like they did in Russia.
