My 292 blew a head gasket, so now I've got an excuse to put things the way I've wanted them... The 302/C4 from a '77 Monarch in the '64 F-250, and the 292 with a C4 in a '23 T-bucket that I'm building.
My question is, what is involved in putting a 302 into my '64 F-250?
Thanks!

Nothing, and I mean nothing, stirs the soul, saying I'm a bad **** like lettin'em rip with a window shaking, fuel gulpin, carbon monoxide belchin, attention gettin, V-oh my LORD!-8!
I know that the 302 into a 65 or 66 is almost a natural, was going to swap one from a 71 into my 66, motor to frame mounts from the '71 bolt right in, trans crossmember too. Your Monarch motor to frame mounts would not be a direct fit. But I think it would be alot more work to swap a 302 into a 64 or older, possibly because the front frame is not the same. Have you thought about doing the rebuild thing on the 292 and put the 302 into the T-bucket? Lots more speed and dress up parts for the visible 302, unless you are building a "nostalgia bucket".
Would like to build a 'nostalgia T'
The LMC catalog has a motor mount kit for a 302, and a crossmember kit for a C-4... I'm just wondering what else would be involved?
