I think the best looking black bull bar is the Westin. I am about to purchase one for my ride. The only thing that is not black is the skid plate. As far as exhaust, I would check out Magnaflow. Sounds great when you get on it and no drone.

Magnaflow will be the highest perorming system you find, but there are louder ones. Flowmaster is probably one of the louder ones out there, but i have always preferred Magnaflow myself.

My dad wants a larger sound under acceleration but less sound while he is cruising so he uses Flowmaster (Force II exhaust System).

magnaflow
The magnaflow sounds nice but is not that load imo. But it is nice and keeps the wife somewaht happy that it doesn't ROAR.

My oppinion maybe somewhat bias but I have the flowmaster 40 or 50 series. I don't remember. It runs straight out the back but I still hear it and it sounds good. It's been said that you will get better gas mileage but I don't because I like to make the engine roar and I love the sound. You won't be disappointed with whatever you choose.
