Is my '66 250 Camper Special the only one with an electronic regulator, ignition amplifier, brake light relay, and wiring that does not conform to any known wiring diagram? I sure would like to have the right diagram. Any help out there?
Eric
A local expert thinks this equipment is a factory trailer towing option. I bought the truck from the original purchaser who never changed anything, he says. I've seen the electronic regulator and amp in books (including the '66 TBird manual - on 428 cars) but Ive never seen another system in the flesh. Why Ford would change the colours of wires unrelated to these things, parking lights for example, is beyond me. On the bright side, this problem is improving my skills with things electrical.
