I shouldnt have any vacuumm leaks. I replaced all with the new carb, the only one that may leak some is the PCV valve.

I'll try 10 degrees and see how that goes. Thanks!

This almost sounds like an accelerator pump issue. Next time it acts up, turn the key off and put it in your pocket. Then remove the air cleaner and look down the carburetor. Open the throttle and look for gas squirting into the center. If none you've found the problem. have you taken the carb apart? The weight or the check ball for the accelerator pump may be missing.

With the moisture condensation on the base of the carb and the intake manifold.It sure sounds like an iceing problem.Make sure that you have adequate carb heat or it will only get worse come winter.
