Have you guys seen the tires that http://govliquidation.com has on auction? I dont know if military tires meet DOT requirements, but im sure some of the tires would work for off road applications.

I want some of the goodyear aircraft ribs 
I have looked there, but ended up getting my goodyear RTIIs from a local goodyear dealer brand new for $99. I worry about running used bias tires because if you run them backwards supposedly they can break belts. As far as the big tires, it's probably a good site, but I think you have to pick them up.
