Hello All-
I hit a rather large hole while 4wheel the other day and believe I may have slightly bent my steering dampner. My question is the truck steers fine except when you go around the corner and turn the wheel to go around the corner the steering wheel stays in that position meaning if you were to let go of the wheel the truck would stay in the turn. Is this the result of steering dampner damage or something more serious.
If your steering stabilizer is bent it can cause binding in the steering. Try removing the stabilizer and see if the bind goes away. Steering stabilizers are easy to install and cheap.
