'95 E-150 Premium Sound Amp Location

'95 E-150 Premium Sound Amp Location
Hello all,
from all the information I gathered so far my 95 E-150 low top Traveler conversion came factory with the premium sound system. Needless to say, I am sure the conversion company added some speakers, etc., but when I changed the first set of speakers it also read "Ford Premium Sound" on the magnets of them.
I have an annoying issue with one channel of the amp cutting in and out and was wondering if anyone has any idea where Ford is hiding them in this van, as I would like to replace it.

Well...then I just reply to myself :-P
J/K, but I thought someone else might look for that thing down the road...just so happened that I got my Service Manual CD in today and low and behold, there is a diagram of the premium sound system in there!
So, the factory amp sits in the passenger side kick panel...guess I will be digging into this coming weekend and see what I can break.
