No manual

Hey, My truck didnt come with an owners manual. So how many miles should i change the oil?? Is it 3000 like any ordanary V8. And i also heard they take alot of it. So how many quarts do i need and what weight should i use?? Also the filter number. Thanks

I change mine every 5000 miles, with 15 Quarts of Rotella T 15W40 with a Motorcraft FL1995.

i put about 14.5 quarts of Shell Rotella 5w-40 synthetic oil in mine the last change. also a FL1995 Motorcraft filter, available now at Wal-Mart. it has the Powerstroke tribal badge on the side of the box, pretty cool. i changed my oil out at 4000-4500 miles, and i sent in the analysis canister this past thursday.

I noticed that at wally world the motorcraft is the cheapest one? That really suprised me.

Wally world??? Never heard of that store Who knows what stores you got over there in romeo lmao! My mom works at romeo engine plant. But seriously wut is wally world??
