Rattle

hi i have a ford explorer and i have a rattle from the front bottom of the engine the truck has 100,ooo plus on the clock , it sounds like the timing chain is not tight engh and is rubbing on the case , does any one have an exploded view of the engine that they could send to me , as i am in the uk and no oine seems to know anything about this engine , it is a 4 litre v6 1997 98 model . CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE chris
