90 3.0 Blower

Does any one know if there is a way to put a supercharger on to a 1990 3.0 enigne? and what why would you make more clearance

putting a supercharger on a 16 year old 3L Aero is somewhat like putting a baby doll SEX outfit on a 80 year old stripper....
just NO turn on or ROI

You might be able to install a centrifugal supercharger (Paxton/Vortech) if you removed the AC compressor. But the engine may not be able to take that kind of pressure. The stock heads and gaskets have a hard time staying put on a stock engine; they won't last long with any significant amount of forced induction.

Over on the 3.0 forum someone describes how they put a 110v electric leaf blower (powered from the battery via an inverter) in their intake tube. It worked well - for a short while.
