how do you remove the stock stereo from a 1994 f150? I have alredy tried using a set of the removal pins, but with no luck. was wondering if I might have to pull the bottom half of the dash or somthing?

whenever i have to remove a stock stereo i stop by the back of the local circuit city and ask the guys at the shop for a hand, they can pop it out for you in no time... worth a shot
No, you shouldn't have to remove the trim.
Are you putting the pins all the way in- Pushing outwards and Pulling back?
They should have a lit'l click noise to help let you know that they are fully seated. Being a '94- and the possibly that the back of the radio hasn't seen the light of day since the factory put it in- the mechanism maybe a bit stubborn.
