Nice truck you got there. Check out Mid-Fifties catalog and there are several websites on F100's that give you history, etc. Also check with some F100 truck clubs, they have guys who are into the history, nostalgia, prices, etc. (Don't tell them your running a bowtie engine though). Smile!
Thanks for your kind comment. Seat is original, done in white Rolls & Pleats, just like we did in the old days! Under the seat is a valance in the color of the truck to cover the slide mechanism. Door panels have integrated arm rests in rolls & pleats pattern with electric windows. Headliner is white with original headliner radio speaker (chrome) and kick panels have pattern of perforations with speakers behind.
Bed is oak & polished stainless. Oak is lightly stained and filled, with several coats of clear finished just as the paint. All bolts in the bed (and through out the truck) are polished, stainless allen head button bolts. As you probably know, the tailgate hinges are basically metal on metal originally and we modified these to include a teflon lined hinge to solve the potential rust problem.
