Hey guys, I have a 65' F-250 4x4. Before I bought it someone had converted the column shifter to a floor shifter. They put a hurst car shifter in it so it looks extremely dumb and is uncomfortable to shift. So I looked in JCwhitney and found the 3-speed shifter for my year of truck but it says it will not fit front wheel drive trucks. Could I still get it to fit easily? I also found the same shifter at the local autozone so i'd like to go buy it. Thanks.
Go to the AZ and buy it, if you can't make it work, getting your money back would be much faster.

Thank ya much. I went and got it today, and it looks like the mounting hardware is about the same as the old "hurst" car shifter someone has put on it. So hopefully I'll have it on in a few days. Thanks again
