Help with oil pressure sensor
I have an 85' F-150 4x4 with a 302 EFI. I have checked my Hanes Manuel; however have not been able to locate the location of the oil pressure sensor. I have located the fluid temp. sensor but not the oil pressure. If you guys could help out I would greatly appreciate it. I have searched numerious times and still have not found what I need. Thanks in advance.

85 with a 302 EFI? Hmmmm.....anyway the 86 302 EFI has the oil press sender between the coil and the oil filter - even with the exhaust manifold, driver's side front. It screws into an extension so it sits about 2" or so out from the block.

the 351m wasnt in the bronco in 85. 82-83 was last year.
anyhow the sender is above the oil filter. I suggest hooking up a mechanical oil pressure gauge. the stock ford gauges suck and are not accurate.

I boght a cluster from the auto part store and have hooked the voltmeter and coolant temp gauge up and was trying to find the oil sender. Thanks for the help and the title says its an 85, I guess that is not the stock motor.
