F350 4x4 Spring help needed Fast Please
I just bought a Dana 60 front axle for my F250 and I want to put F350 Springs in but I dont want to light or too heavy of Springs. Can somone tell me what the Spring code is on a 1979 F350 4x4 with the Snow Plow package? The code 9 spring is like 3400#s each side. I am thinking with the Cummins in there and sometimes a snow plow on the front they would be ok. Anyone have any other options?

www.eatonspring.com has a pretty big online database and can probably help you over the phone. If you can weigh your truck at a public scale any spring mfg. can use the weights to build you the correct spring for your application. I have had great results from National spring in San Diego CA.

Air Bags on front???
Has anyone put air bags on the front of an F250 or F350 4x4? I am now thinking on leaving the F250 springs on there and using some air bags to Lift/level where I want it not where the springs want it. If you have done this what Bags/and or kit did you use? I was thinking a Super Duty front could be made to work.
