Transmission shifting issues
Evening Everyone..
Here's a question for all you tranny guru's;
Specs;
2000 F-350 Diesel
159000 Miles-Pulling light cargo trailer daily and snowplowing in the winter(dah)
Super Chips set at Tow-Performance
A-Pillar Autometer gauges tranny temp never over 190 and usually below 160
4R100 Tranny
TSS replaced
Solenoid Pack replaced
Pulled a PO783 Code-Solenoid problem or internal component issue but what internal component are they referring to.
Symptoms:
1-3 Gear work great
3-4 Gear, it doesn't shift into 4th when it reaches RPM but it will shift when you let off the throttle.
I've dumped just about $400 into this problem and don't what to keep throwing money at the problem as I can not afford to at this point. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Eric
