Unhappy Horn issue...that blows...

My horn is disconnected because it will blow when I connect the wires. I thought something was wrong under the steering wheel pad but even when I disconnect those wires and crawl underneath and hook the horn up, it still blows, I saw other threads talking about the clockspring...what is that?....where is that?.....is that something I need to look at? Any advice would help!

Find the horn relay under the hood. I am not sure were it is on your year, but it's probably with some other relays. If you find it, unplug it and see if the horn stops blowing. If it does, then disconnect the horns, and plug and unplug the relay in. If you hear it clicking, then you must have a wiring problem in the column. If you do not hear the relay clicking, then I would suspect the relay may be stuck on. Bang it around and it might unstick.
