Hello Enthusiasts, thanks for the hospitality and look forward to spending a little time here getting help fixing up Big Red. Big Red has been in my family forever, out of 6 siblings, our children and now their children, we have wanted Big Red because it never ever left us stranded (and looked and sounded as tough as my GRANDAD. I've recently become a Grandad and its almost better than being a Father. My GRANDAD gave me Big Red last week since he's turning 78 and has no time to maintain, wash or drive it-------WOW----------- a dream come true. Big Red hasn't had a wax job, let alone a wash. I've done quite a few minor maintenance but the vacuum lines have me mind boggled. Big Red is a 79 F-150 Super Cab with a 460 and sounds like every red blooded American boys DREAM. So hopefully you'll be hearing more from me and I'll be hearing more of GRANDADS Big Red. Thanks.
Thank you Tim, I've gotten several tips and BIG RED is actually idling at this very moment. Your site is great and I hope to give back the help I've already received in the last couple of hours. Looking forward to seeing you on the boards also. Could you give me a little info on whether or not I can send pictures or diagrams along with my text? Again Thanks
