1991 axle/spring codes
Hi my 91 f250 has spring code 74f and axle code 39 on inside door was curious how this relates to ratios etc and also want to put locking hubs on front could some one please tell me what rear/axle is in the front.Thanks.Randy

Spring codes aren't really all that useful IMO. Your axle is a 10.25" 3.55 open carrier, and the front could either be a D50 or a D44HD. Tell us a little bit more about the truck?
Locking hubs is a good upgrade and pretty easy to do. But the first step is finding out what front axle you have.
