Cad

You would probably be better off profiling your 460 head on an NC machine with a probe.
They didn't even use CAD back when the 460 was designed and any drawings are probably 2D and closely guarded by Ford. Casting drawings were the most awful messes in the world before I figured out how to use geometric tolerancing to draw castings and my methods were adopted by the casting companies.
Eric is right, your going to need to digitize your head, every single person I have ever heard of doing CNC porting, does one cylinder for the flow charactoristics they want then digitizes them or scans them for the program to port them.
You could buy a example intake and exhaust port from Scott AKA the mad porter then do it from that or you can send him your head and he will do one cylinder then you copy the rest. either way it's a little cheaper, or like I said port one on a bad head till you get the flow numbers and charactoristics you want (it's not all flow numbers that make the proper HP) Also I don't know for sure but I know several big named head porters use CNC porting it's possible one of them has the program for sale.
