'03 electrical problem

2003 XLT. Does anyone know where the wiring harness or module that controls the dash gauges, radio, power windows and air bag dash light is? When ever it rains I loose all power to the dash. I'm suspecting a windshield leak, but I want to find it before I replace the windshield or get it diagnosed by the dealership.

It's located under the dash near the front, lower corner of teh windshield on the driver's side. Up above the fuse panel.

It's called the GEM module and is a very popular discussion subject here and in the F-series forum (they're the same truck after all) due to windshields leaking.

The fuse panel on mine is located on the passenger side behind the kick panel. Would the GEM module still be on the drivers side?
