Wheel / Rims widths
I have been rounding up some stock steel wheels to replace the chrome ones on my truck and noticed some are wider than others! What is correct for a 1966? Is there an advantage to using the later (wider) ones?

Although you didn't ask for disadvantages, here's one I discovered: some wide wheels will prevent you from removing a rear wheel unless you jack up both frame and axle. This is not so bad if you're at home and have a floor jack to put under the frame, but if you're out on the road with a flat tire and only a bottle jack, you will learn what a bummer those wide wheels can be.
