There are two stock ford options. one is the dogleg, the other just come up and then bends towards the driver, but it won't work on a 1980+ truck. hits the dash in 1st gear.
Advantage of the older stickshifts is that is just a piece of 1/2" or so rod stock. cut the shifter off about 6" above the floorboard, weld a piece of rod or tube to it, heat it with a torch, and get it wherever you want it to be. There, infinitely many options.
works pretty darn well, did it on a t-18 i had. curved the handle so it pointed staright back in neutral and then curved it towards the driver 90*. kinda like half of a T handle.
