7.3 shuts off

My 1999 f350 dualy randomly shuts off while driving.I pull over and it will start back up.Then when i step on brake to put in gear it shuts off again. this goes on for a while and then it will go.I can also shut it off by turning on the head lights.I am running out of cash having mechanics trouble shoot.Any Ideas thanks

Camshaft Position Sensor would be my bet.
