exhaust leak
Ijust found an exhaust leak on the drivers side rear between the block and manifold. Does any one know of any performance manifolds/headers for the 7.3? Also it looks like it is only leaking from the gasket. Is it possiable that I will only need to replace the gasket or will the be a need to replace the manifold itself. One other thing, where is the best price on a 3 or 4 possition chip. I use to use a edge evolution from my work but had to return it because i changed possitions it the company. I liked the edge and mostly ran it on level 2. Thanks for any input.

When I found a similar leak on the passenger's side, I pulled the manifold off & used a small coarse oilstone to reface it and the head. It took a couple hours, but when I bolted it all back together, it didn't leak anymore. All I had to do on the driver's side was tighten the bolts.

I used Fel-Pro gaskets on the manifolds. No surface prep required and no problems.
I've only seen one set of aftermarket headers for the PSD and they were prohibitively expensive.....for me at least. $1395
