I am looking for rear drums for a '65 F100.
This isnly in the computer at my loal parts place.
Is there some other app I could tell them?
I heard once that I could use drums from a n 66-77 bronco.
Any ideas?

I'd find a different parts store where someone knows how to use a book. Around here there's an independent called Gene's Auto Parts with good counter help that got me one for my 65 F250. Had to order it but it was here the next day.
They aren't all bad but most of the help at them franchise stores don't know much about cars.
Try searching online as there are many companies out there with stock to sell. Try Kanter Automotive.

Sam, The drums should be the same through 72. Like already posted find someone that can read the book, if the puter doesn't have it.

In the cool still quiet of night, you can hear chevies rusting away.
Try this link http://www.kanter.com/truck/index.html#brake or try calling them at 800-526-1096.
They even sell complete kits for all four wheels.

Your local auto zone store sells the brake drums. It is part number..8160 it is an express item, they will orer it and it will come the next day.The cost is 59.99. I needed a new rear drum and i got one from the junkyard for 10 bucks and had it turned for 7.50. If you also need the front drum it is part number....8774c and cost 39.99. Hope this helps

There is no AutoZone near me. It doesn;t seem there are many good auto parts stores around.
Are the '67-72's wider? I have access to an F250 of that era and was pondering swapping the front and rear suspenion from it to my '65.

You should be able to order on line from AutoZone. When ever I need some parts I just locate a store and place my order and it is at the counter waiting for me. Go to there web site and check it out.
