I was wondering if anyone knew of a company that sold either springs or an axle to lower the front of a 64 ford truck. Also, is there a company that makes an a/c kit for it?

Welcome aboard!
Try Sacremento Vintage Ford. They have mono leaves and reverse eye springs for the 64's.
If there are any others, someone else will surely help.
