I have a 78 F350 with AC. I broke 2 exhaust manifold bolts on the passenger side. Can the Heads be pulled and replaced on these trucks with motor in the truck?? I have a fresh set of heads for it anyway.

Yup,it's kinda tight, but you sure can. A couple of bolts on the passenger side near the A/C housing are a pain, but it can be done. I had to use a cut-down 3/4" socket on one bolt to torque it properly. Just did mine this last winter.
