Engine Light
Hey guys I'm driving my dad's truck for the month. Its a 95' F150 with a 5.0 Engine w/333k on the clock. Every once in a while the Check Engine lights turn on when I'm on the highway. All the guages show a normal rating. I have had the PCM flashed aready and returns no error codes as it just flashes or stays on for a few minutes...by the time its serviced at the dealership the light turns off. It also comes with hard shifts...not a good hard but an uneeded shift down then up .5krpm later...any help with this issue it really appreciated...I already miss my 04SCABFX4!!

It could be a poor vacuum line connection somewhere. There should be a stored code, though. Go to fordfuelinjection.com to find out how to read the codes yourself and tell us what you come up with.
