Engine feels like she's doggin
I have an 89 f-250 7.3 with almost 200,000 miles on it and it had a rebuilt injection pump put in less than 100k miles ago, I have kept up on routine maitenance and all that but is there anything i can do to check and see if anything is wrong with her? Also on the injection pump what is that lever on the drivers side that pushes the pin in and out with the throttle lever(not the best description but the best i can do). Oh and where can i get a dynamic timing meter for my truck i tried going to GTC for one but they had no idea what i was looking for.
