223 head bolts

do any of you know the tork foot lb. for the head on a 223? and the rocker arm rail hold downs? thanks

223 head bolts

64 list 105-115 head. 23-28 intake mani. 23-28 exhaust mani. 50-60 rocker shaft. 40-45 con rod caps. 95-105 main caps 75-85 flywheel to crank. 80 damper pulley. All specs with clean an light oiled threads and oiled under the head.

Don't forget torque in at least three steps.

would that be the same on my 1961? I have to replace the valve seals on it. the guy who I got the truck back from got it hot, so now it smokes like a steam train. ring are fine so its just the valve seals
