Window track woes

I have a 1977 F-150 and the windows on both sides have never came down right since I have had it. I have had the door panels off and everything looks right but they always go down cockeyed. Could the problem be that the windows are switched around? The doors are off a donor truck so this could have happened. Any ideas would be great, thanks.

I had a 90 f150 that the glass came out of the track attached to the crank mech. When I put it back together I had the arm on the wrong side of the glass & when I went to put it down it went all ****-eyed. luckily I did'nt put it all back together before I tested it. When I fixed the 2nd time it worked fine. I have'nt had any problems with my 78.

Is the rubber/felt liner in the channel in good shape ? That can be replaced and a bit of weatherstripping glue used to keep it in. I'd use a bit of lithium grease on the mechanism to keep it "lubed"

When I had the door panel off I could see the bearing and channel on the bottom of the window facing me, is it supposed to be facing the other way?
