I'm looking to buy a 2002 F250 Crew Cab Lariat with the diesel. I notice Ford recently increased the incentives on these models to $2000 rather than the $1500 on other F250's.
Presumeably, this is incentive to move out the remaining 2002's, and the Factory may be offering additional incentives to the dealer.
That being the case, what should one be looking for as a "good deal" on one of the remaining 2002's?
Below invoice? At invoice? If above how much over?
Check out this site if you get a chance, it has some good information:

It suggests 5% over dealer cost (to allow them a 5% profit) and that is usally lower than invoice. Just my .02.
