2002 Ford E350 EXT 1 ton Passenger van Tire Question

The OEM tires are 245/75/16....... Can you upgrade to any of these tires with the OEM rims? 255/75/16 , 265/75/17, etc? Is there anything available other than the 245/75/16's that originally come on the rim?
