bed cover

a while ago i found this pretty cool cover for the bed of pickup trucks. it has framework on the inside and the actual shell is made of some tough fabric and portions are removable. you can have just the top on and the sides between the bed and the top of the cover shell does this make sense? anyone know what the name of the company that sells this is?
