brake question
I have a 1994 f150 4x2. when i bought this truck about 2 years ago i noticed that all the steel brake lines seeemed to be new. howerver, yesterday i noticed the driver side front brake line was leaking where it joins the brake hose. i thought it might have been bumped when a shock was put on last week, but today when i got up i noticed the passanger front is also leaking in the same spot. could a bad proportioning valve in the master cylinder cause this? or is this just somthing weird happining?

it is the rust eating away at the brake line. i am fixing a truck that has the exact same thing wrong. the line from one side to the other side in front are rusted at the ends. the salt and dirt collects there because the bracket that holds the rubber lines is underneath the junction.
