Making a bunch! using a little
First, this is basically my first posting after much reading on the forum. I've been making biodiesel for about 2 years now. Started small, 5 gal. batches, moved up to 50 gal. and now have put together my 400 gal./batch system.

85 gal plastic cone tank for acid/methanol and base/methanol mixing
air powered diaphram pump
700 gal milk tank (hot water through the coolant lines) mix tank
about a 700 gal upright and clean nitrogen gas tank for settling
back to the milk tank for magnesol mix
run through bag filter, goldenrod filter and 1 micron final filter on the way out.
I bought 400 gal of wvo from a company in Little Rock for this batch, and it was really, REALLY nasty oil, but the biodiesel works fine.
