4x4 Problems
I have a 1993 bronco, 5.8lt v8 with auto and 4x4. I can't get it to go into 4 wheel drive. The control switch doesn't light up when the 4x4 button is press. The fuse looks ok. The control switch is obsolite according to Ford and I can't locate one at the salvage yards. Any tips??? Thanks, Lonnie

Its unlikely that the switch is the culpirt however this Forum's sponsor can certainly get you the switch or any other of the electronically shifted 4X4 parts in the truck. The most common failure point with the electronic shift transfer cases is the shift motor itself. Have a search through the forum and youwill see what I mean.
