Should I Wicked Wheel?

early 99 F350 CC 4X4. original owner. Took my turbo off today to fix a leak. Doing top and bottom seals on the pedestal plus rebuilding the EBPV. While I am in there? Should I buy and install a wicked wheel? Or any other items while I am there?
98 K miles. Still Stock exhaust? Thinking of doing a 5 inch since I am in there tinkering? Any thoughts?

Thanks

your compressor wheel should not look like this:
