I've heard if u get the dual timing gears that it keeps it more acurate and it adds a sweet whine to your engine. Any one have any experience with these? Any input is appreciated thank you! is it easy to do? thanks, ERic

just dont use a gear drive as it confuses knock sensor shouldnt be hard to change

thts wat i heard tht i woudl hav to do womin with the knock sensor. thts wat im talkgina bout though is the gear drive. look at the link and see. and is teh knock sensor jsut b a stupid light that stays on which wouldn't bug me or is it major thing?

The noise would make the computer think the engine was knocking and would retard the spark timing to compensate. That would hurt performance, but it isn't something that would trigger a check engine light. A regular double roller chain is probably just as accurate, although it will stretch and lose some accuracy over time.
