Aux. Power Train Controller

I just received a aux powertrain controller from ebay, but I cant seem to find where it plugs into the truck... It came with the connector that is a 4 pin round plug. Cant seem to find any where under the dash to plug it in. Unless it is the wrong connector? Thanks for any help! late 99 f-350 7.3L

It should be the right connector.Look right under the steering wheel.Dont remove the fuse panel cover,look under from there.Its not to far up there.It cliped to the steel bracing.
