Well sounds like to me you need to rebuild the carb? and or run the Air and fuel Mixture screws all the way in..NOT tight) as you damage the needle's..and then back em out 1 1/2 turns for starter's.. Check the float levels..check the inline filters...
and if that doesnt work? buy a rebuild kit..and some carb boil..in the 1 gallon can..and clean all the parts real good before assy....
Also check your fuel pump for pressure at least 5 to 6 psi....
